Bright Reach® products are shipped via UPS, except for circumstances of special request or international logistics. 



Step 1: For non-defective and defective products: please call us at (915) 201-1669 before returning any lamp, regardless of the reason for return. If products shipped by Bright Reach® are received damaged, please call for further instructions.

We highly recommend that all returns should be insured and a proof-of-delivery should be obtained from your carrier. If items are damaged in return shipping, Bright Reach® cannot guarantee a refund to the customer. 

Non-defective products accepted for return must be in original factory packaging, free of personal markings and in new, resalable condition, and packed inside a protective shipping package. Non-defective products that are received within 30 days of the invoice date are fully refundable. Shipping/handling costs are not refunded.

While we don’t anticipate defective products, we proudly provide a 2-year manufacturer warranty. If determined to be a manufacturer defect, then we will repair or replace the defective lamp. Within 60 days of purchase, if a product is defective, we will send a prepaid return shipping label as a courtesy. After 60 days, the customer pays return shipping; Bright Reach® will pay for shipping to return a replacement product to the customer.
